Independent advisory for owners and managers
We start with your problem, not with a solution.
No assumptions and no ready-made answer. First we understand how your business actually runs and what the problem is really costing you — then, if something is worth building, we design and build it ourselves.
- Independent
- Senior-led
- We build what we recommend
Start with the problem
Margin thinning and nobody can say exactly where. The same numbers re-keyed into three systems. A decision waiting on a report someone builds by hand. Problems like these are almost never where everyone assumes. So we come in to listen: how the work really flows, where it stalls, and what it costs. We have no product and no commission, which is why we can afford to conclude the answer isn't technology at all — and when something is worth building, we build it.
How we're different
-
Clarity before code.
We start with your business and your numbers, not the technology. We look for where the money is actually going, where value genuinely is and where it isn't — before anyone writes a line of code.
-
We diagnose, and we build.
Most advisors hand over a recommendation and leave. We stay to the end — from the plan, to a working solution running in production, to the impact measured against the numbers we agreed with you.
-
No product to sell you.
No software, no licenses, no vendor commission. That is exactly why we can afford to tell you a problem is one of process or people — or not worth solving yet — and why “don't build anything” is a normal outcome.
How we work
How a problem gets solved, step by step.
It starts with your business, not with a proposal. We look at how the work actually runs and what the gaps cost you, agree with you on what is worth fixing first — and only then, if something should be built, we build it and stay until it is used.
-
Step 1: Diagnose
We listen — to you, to the people doing the work, and to your numbers — then follow a few real processes end to end to see where the time and the margin actually go.
What you get A written picture of your real problems, in plain words, ranked by what they cost you.
-
Step 2: Prioritize
Then, together, we separate the problems worth solving from the ones you can live with and put a number on each. Some need no software; anything built goes through Gate Zero.
What you get A ranked shortlist with success measures agreed up front — and what we advise you not to build.
-
Step 3: Build
We don't hand over a recommendation and leave: we design it, write it, integrate it with the systems you already run, and work alongside your people.
What you get A working solution in production, used by the people it's for.
-
Step 4: Prove & scale
Then we check whether the numbers actually moved, against the measures agreed at the start, and tell you plainly what worked and what didn't.
What you get Proven results on your KPIs, and a plan to extend what worked.
Your data, your IP
Built by a security engineer — handled accordingly.
We come from security and data protection — production security engineering, and before that security R&D in authentication and encryption. That discipline is built into how we work with you: what we get access to, what we build, and what never leaves your walls.
-
Your data stays yours.
We access only what an engagement needs, work happily under your NDA, and can operate inside your own environment.
-
You own what we build.
Code, models, and documentation are yours, with a clean handover so your team can run everything without us.
-
Secure by design.
Tenant isolation, least-privilege access, and secret handling are decided at the design stage — not patched on later.
-
Private, and verified.
Where confidentiality matters, we can run AI on-premise or self-hosted; where correctness matters, we keep model outputs behind validation.
What we do
From your problem to the working fix.
The same hands from the first question to the day it works. We start with the problem — the margin, the hours, the decision that keeps waiting on a report — then advise and, where it's warranted, build it ourselves. So the plan and the thing that gets built never disconnect.
-
Technology Advisory & Oversight
You have to sign off on systems, spend and vendors you have no way to verify, and nearly everyone advising you is also selling something. We're the senior, independent voice you keep close for exactly those calls — where to invest, what to say no to, how to spend well, and where the real risk sits. No product, no license, no vendor commission: no agenda but yours.
What you get
- An ongoing advisor for the decisions that matter, between and beyond projects
- Independent review of direction, spend, roadmaps, vendors, and risk
- Direct access to a senior technologist for the architecture, build-vs-buy, and AI calls
-
Opportunity & Strategy
You can usually feel where the business leaks — quotes going out late, stock sitting still, the same numbers re-keyed by hand — but not which fix is worth doing first. We put a number on each against your P&L and separate the few opportunities worth pursuing from the many that aren't. Sometimes the honest conclusion is that none of them are.
What you get
- A ranked map of what's actually costing you, by value and effort
- Sized business cases for the top opportunities
- A sequenced roadmap with owners and decision points
-
Implementation & Delivery
The usual failure isn't the plan — it's that nobody builds it. We design, build, integrate and deploy the solution ourselves, working alongside your team so the knowledge stays in-house. Working software over slideware, and we stay until it's live, used, and handed over cleanly.
What you get
- A working solution running in production
- Integration into your existing systems and workflows
- Documentation and a trained team who can run it without us
-
Operational Performance
A new tool changes nothing if the work around it stays the same — that's how a gain shows up in the demo and never in the accounts. We redesign how the work actually flows, then put measurement in place so the gain is visible and holds after we leave.
What you get
- Redesigned processes mapped to the new tools
- A measurement framework tied to your KPIs
- A before-and-after view of the gain
Where AI fits
AI, when it's genuinely the right answer.
AI is one option among several, and the one we go deepest in — which is exactly why we can tell you where it genuinely moves your numbers and where it's an expensive distraction, then build it so it survives real users, not just the demo. We've built exactly this, including a retrieval-augmented assistant that runs entirely on hardware a business already owns.
-
Where AI pays off
An honest read of which use cases create real value and which are expensive distractions — sized against your numbers, before any money is spent.
-
Production AI & LLM systems
Assistants, agents, and automation taken past the demo — with the retrieval tuning, output validation, and monitoring that make them dependable.
-
Responsible & compliant AI
Private or self-hosted where your data demands it, and a clear read on where the EU AI Act applies to you — practical guidance, not theory.
Most engagements start with the Business Diagnostic — free, fixed-scope, and just as willing to conclude that the answer isn't technology at all.

Our commitment
We're judged by outcomes, not output.
Every engagement is tied to results you can measure — and we tell you plainly what's working and what isn't.
Who we work with
The problem looks different from every seat in the company. Leadership sees the number that won't budge; the person doing the work knows exactly which step breaks, and why nobody has fixed it. So we listen at all three levels — that is usually where the real cause turns up.
-
Owners and the leadership team
The people who set direction and release the budget — the ones who feel a problem as a number.
-
Function and department leads
Operations, finance, production, sales, and IT — the ones who own the result and know where it slips.
-
The teams who do the work
Managers, analysts, and engineers — the ones who know which step really breaks, and who will use whatever gets built.

Common questions
Questions leaders ask first.
How do we start?
With the Business Diagnostic — a free, fixed-scope first step where we look at how your business actually runs and write down what is worth fixing, and what isn't.
How do you price?
The Business Diagnostic is free. Anything that follows is scoped and priced per project, agreed up front.
Do you work remotely?
Yes — with clients across the EU and US, and on-site in Romania where it helps.
What if the answer isn't technology?
Then we say so — it's a common outcome. We have no product, no license and no commission to sell, so “don't build anything” costs us nothing.
Who actually does the work?
We do. There is no junior to hand you off to — the person who gives the advice is the person who designs and builds the answer.
How do you handle our data and IP?
Your data stays yours, you own what we build, and security is decided at the design stage.

The Business Diagnostic.
Something is costing you money and you can name the symptom, not the cause. Start here. We come in to understand how your business actually runs before we propose anything — then, in two to four weeks, you get a written diagnosis: what is really holding you back, what is worth fixing first, and what each fix would take. Sometimes the answer is a system we build, sometimes a process change, sometimes nothing at all. Fixed scope. No fee. No pitch.
Free — we run it ourselves, capped at three per month.
What you get
- A 3–5 page written diagnosis, built to be shown to your board
- Every problem we find, sized by what it costs you and how hard it is to fix
- A blunt call on the one thing to fix first — and the reason behind it
- The risk you are already carrying — key people, manual controls, blind spots
What's the real problem in your business?
Let's have a direct, no-pressure conversation about what's getting in the way — and if the answer isn't technology, we'll tell you that plainly.
